At 8:56 a.m. on March 25th, SW Polk Fire District was dispatched to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Ellendale and Fir Villa Road. Two patients were transported by Dallas Fire & EMS. Polk County Sherriff and ODOT provided assistance on scene with traffic control.
